Lup Cheong Fried Rice (Kevin's Recipe):
First, pan fry the cut Lup Cheong. When it turns dark and crispy, pour beated eggs & preferred ingredients and Cooked rice & fry till Yummy-licious. No additional oil needed when using non-stick wok.

But be careful.. its a lot of oil when u pan fry the Lup cheong. Dump them away if u wanna eat less oily.

mu7: Cause non stick wok doesnt require much oil one and furthermore, the lup cheong already give out a lot of oil!

Please hoh !
I only eat those in the fridge tat my mum bought ok!
Remember to peel off the plastic surrounding the meat.

I think its quite redundant to have it when cooking.
Its needed to bind the meat together but apart from tat, it should be taken out before you slice them.

Remember hoh. if not you will eat yr rice like eating chewing gum like tat.
