To Kill A Mocking Bird

I remember in "Babe", there was this duck who desperately wants to be a rooster and seeks attention. So, everyday at sunrise, he will climb up on the roof top to be a rooster!!

Outside my window, there is a huge tree.
Everyday at 530am, when the sun begins to rise, there will be this particular bird who would be on top of its voice!! Its so loud that it wakes me up every morning!!
Pardon me, but i think he has this "horny" falsetto tone in his voice that is making me insane!

As a light sleeper, i had been disturbed for so MANY days!!
I really hope to find a gun to shoot it down!! Just like Jodie Foster in the Brave One!
As its illegal, and i cannot call the authorities to shoot it down as it is not attacking humans, i was very helpless at first. I'm so mentally drained and its really driving me NUTS.
...... until TODAY!! I thought of a marvelous plan. I bought THIS!!

It shoots up to 38 feet!!
