--Lim needs your help to locate a Chicken Rice Store located in 2nd floor of International Plaza in around 1989-90. It was like a small food court there with lots of nice food. They put wolfberry (枸杞)in the soup served together with the Chicken Rice.
--Chelsea wants to look for a shop that can makeover some kinds of things such as shoes, bags...etc. Or a shop that can repair old things to original state or make it as new as possible

In Hong Kong : go to Nathan Road (Jordan MTR station, can't remember which exit, it's opposite Prudential Hotel). You can find the following:
义顺牛奶公司--> good dessert like 炖奶、炖蛋 etc & their toast is very good & filling (egg or luncheon).
[Outlets : 1. G/F 513 Nathan Road 2. G/F 63 Jordan 庇利金路 3. Ladies Street 西洋菜街]
There's also 1 shop selling all kinds of porridge, it's located near the morning market. After exiting from Jordan station, turn right at the 2nd or 3rd lane. They are opened till midnight, I used to go there for my supper whenever I visited Hong Kong. Their porridge is typical Cantonese style, very smooth & yummy.
If you happen to be at Nathan Road in the morning, you can visit the morning market too. There are some stalls selling clothes, 1 old uncle sells very nice & cheap party gowns for kids. There's another aunty selling clothes for middle-aged aunties, very cheap too. My mum likes to buy from her. The same clothes can be found in Singapore but at least double or even triple the price.
Chelsea:In Far East Plaza #02 there is a shop that can help u.But they close early 7pm.

I am an avid collector of Taiwan 70s old classic movies like Zhen Zhen & Deng Guang Rong and movies from Qiong Yao novels.
However, there are some classic movies which I am still searching locally.
Hope some one out there can recommend some stores in Singapore that deal with old movies.
